Because we sell downloaded products, they cannot be returned for refund, as it is virtually impossible to guarantee that they have not been saved by the customer for future use. As a result, all download sales are final. This includes eBooks, Lessons and Music.
When you purchase a downloaded product from Passion Tales, you are stating that you are fully aware of this policy. Also, we will not replace any previously purchased downloads from PT in the event of a hard drive crash or other electronic loss. It is the customer’s responsibility to create a back-up for their own personal use.
